While currently under construction, this project’s graphics are a good example of how we can analyze a site and clients’ wants, needs, and ideas into a solution that is responsive to the region, microclimate and specific site features. This analysis is coupled with the ideas clients have from a lifetime of experiences in living. These clients had developed an admiration for mid-century and European residential design. Having left NYC apartment, their goal was a net-zero, 4-season, durable, long-term home to enjoy.

I have never had two projects that are the same because every client and site is different. I try to let the site do the ‘talking’ while listening to both. I know they will enjoy this private, breezy, sloping site, at 1800+ feet elevation, in the alpine of New Hampshire, with sweeping views of Mt. Kearsarge and beyond, in the heart of the beautiful Sunapee-Dartmouth region.
