Still under construction after a fire destroyed the original structure, the North Bluff Mixed Use Building overlooks the water. The density and visibility of the site combined with the historic character of this cottage city informed the design. Influenced by the craftsman style residences along the bluff, the building fits into its downtown context.
We are an Architecture and Interiors practice, located in the Lake Sunapee region of central New Hampshire, focused on the design of custom homes, community buildings and mixed use projects throughout New England.
